1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the terms of purchase in the Palacsi online store (www.palacsi.com).
The webshop offers handmade, unique bags for sale, all of which are in stock.
Contracts concluded through the webshop qualify as distance contracts, governed by Hungarian law, in particular:
• Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.),
• Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services,
• and the Civil Code (Act V of 2013).
2. ORDER PROCESS

The customer selects the desired product in the webshop and adds it to the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.

In the cart, the customer may review the order and proceed to checkout by clicking “Pay now,” where shipping details and payment method can be provided.

Before finalizing the order, the customer accepts the GTC and the Privacy Policy.

Payment can be made exclusively by bank card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

The system automatically sends an email confirmation of the purchase.
The contract is concluded upon email confirmation, in Hungarian.
3. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is carried out by Packeta. The customer may only choose Packeta home delivery.
Shipping fees are displayed on the website during the ordering process and are borne by the customer.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, provided that the product is returned in intact, unused condition.
• The intention to withdraw must be communicated by email: palacsibrand@gmail.com
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
• The customer may choose the method of return shipping, but must first consult the Service Provider via email.
• The refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned product is received, using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (Government Decree 45/2014, Section 29 (1) c)).
5. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
The products are handmade, and each bag is unique.
If the customer receives a defective product, they are entitled to exercise statutory warranty rights under the Civil Code (repair, replacement, or price reduction).
In case of defective performance, the customer may submit their claim via email.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
In the webshop, payment is available exclusively online by bank card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
Payments are processed by Shopify’s secure payment service provider; the Service Provider does not have access to card details.
7. LIABILITY
The Service Provider is not liable for:
• damages resulting from website unavailability or technical problems,
• issues caused by incorrectly provided customer data.
Images on the website are for illustration; minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
8. COPYRIGHT
All images, texts, and designs on the website are the property of the Palacsi brand. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. COMPLAINT HANDLING
Customers may submit complaints via email to palacsibrand@gmail.com.
The Service Provider replies within 14 days.
If the customer is not satisfied, they may contact the following authority:

10. GOVERNING LAW & FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated in this GTC, Hungarian law—particularly the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), and the Act on electronic commerce—shall apply.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC, which will be published on the website.
